in a smoked red hot chili pepper sauce and panceta chunks,
finished in salamander

Crispy green asparagus with a citric sauce,
wrapped in cheese, served with an orange
hollandaise sauce with dried hot pepper

stuffed with beef stew, melted cheese, black olives and eggs
